The Defintion and Technological Process of Low Oxygen Copper Rod

Definition: the low oxygen copper rod is a kind of copper rod produced from copper by sequential cast-rolling method and its oxygen content ranges from 200(175) and 400(450) PPM.

Technological process:

The low oxygen copper rod is produced by sequential cast-rolling method, its technological process is: electrolytic copper→shaft furnace→holding furnace→casting machine→continuous rolling mill→cleaning→Rod collecting machine→continuous feeding of finished electrolytic copper(ф8mm)→finished electrolytic copper was released copper water after continuous melting by shaft furnace, cast into trapezoidal ingot with large section by casting machine, put into the hot rolling mill to be made into ф 8 copper rod billet.
